The Process

How a Long-Term Stay Works

Four steps, in this order. Monthly sites are not booked through the online calendar — they start with the application, and we take it from there.

Step 1 Fill Out the Application

One form, right here on our site. Your details, your rig, your vehicles, your pets, and the park rules you are agreeing to. No account to create.

Step 2 Pay the $200 Deposit

We review your application and email you an invoice for the deposit, with a link to pay, the same day. Paying it is what takes the site off the market — we stop showing it to anyone else. It is refundable upon departure, and this is where your card goes on file.

Step 3 Background Check

Every adult 18 and over gets their own email from our screening company with a link to complete their check. It is $15 each, paid directly to them, not to us. Once they come back we confirm your approval.

Step 4 Pay Your First Invoice, Then Move In

We create your booking and send your first invoice, along with the park Rules & Regulations to read and sign. Both are done before you pull in. Then hook up and settle in — arrival is any time after 12:00 PM.

It takes about ten minutes if you’re not hunting for anything. You can photograph the documents with your phone as you go — no scanner, no printing, and big photos are shrunk automatically before they send.

We never ask for a card number, a Social Security number or a driver’s licence number on this form. Your card goes on file later, through a secure payment link, when you pay the deposit.

9What You’re Agreeing To

These come straight from the Blue Ridge RV Park Rules & Regulations, which are the Guest Site Services Agreement. Please read each one — all are required.

A credit card stays on file for my whole stay. I understand a valid credit card must be kept on file for the entire duration of my stay, and that the park may charge it for rent, utilities, fees, fines, damage, cleanup or any other outstanding balance during or after my stay. Nothing is charged today, and we are not asking for your card on this page. Once we’ve reviewed your application we’ll email you an invoice for the $200 deposit with a secure link to pay it. That’s where your card goes on file. $200 security deposit holds my site. This deposit is refundable upon departure in accordance with the Blue Ridge RV Park Rules & Regulations, including the required 14-day written notice prior to departure. It may be applied to final electric, unpaid rent, damage, trash removal, excessive cleaning, pet waste cleanup or rule-violation fines. I consent to a background check for every adult staying. Each adult 18 and over will receive their own email from our screening company with a link to complete their check. It is $15 each, paid directly to the screening company — not to Blue Ridge RV Park, and it is non-refundable. Approval is at management’s sole discretion and screening criteria are applied consistently and in accordance with applicable law. I’ve read the pet rules. Maximum two dogs per site unless approved in writing. Pets must have current vaccinations, stay leashed (6 ft max), never be tied to trees or structures and never be left unattended outdoors. Waste must be cleaned up immediately. Excessive barking is prohibited and aggressive animals must be removed immediately. Service animals as defined by law are permitted. I’ve read the cancellation policy for monthly bookings. Cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date: a $45 cancellation fee applies and the rest is refunded. Cancel less than 30 days before arrival: the first month’s total is retained as the cancellation fee, and anything received above that is refunded. No refunds are issued for early departure, eviction for rule violations, or unused prepaid time. I’m a guest, not a tenant — and the park isn’t a mailing address. My stay is a temporary licence for recreational vehicle lodging. It creates no landlord-tenant relationship and is not residential housing under Texas Property Code Chapter 92. The park address may not be used for residency, driver’s licence, voter registration, banking, school enrollment or government records, and the park does not accept mail or packages. Monthly guests re-register every 30 days.
