The booking engine only carries our standard weekly price. We keep a better rate for guests who talk to us directly — it changes with what’s open, so we quote it rather than publish it.

What It Actually Costs to Move In
The most common question we get. Here is the first month plus the deposit — and underneath, every other fee that can apply. We would rather you saw them now than at the gate.

Everyone pays these
- Background check — not to us $15 Per adult 18+, paid directly to the screening company
- Booking fee $8 One-time, on every booking
Only if they apply to you
- Pet fee $30 One-time, only if you bring pets (up to 2 dogs)
- Lawn service $20/mow Up to $40 a month. Optional, fenced sites only — the 15th and 30th in growing season, the 15th only out of season
Depends how you pay
- ACH (autopay) / e-check No fee
- Credit or debit card 3.25% of the payment
- Cash $5 per payment
Set up ACH autopay before you move in and there is no payment fee at all. The $200 deposit is the exception — it is paid by card or cash, not ACH — and a credit card stays on file for the whole stay whichever way you pay.
- $200 deposit — refundable upon departure, and it takes the site off the market.
- Moving mid-month? We can prorate you to the 1st — pay only the days you use.
- Late payments are $12 a day, and a returned payment is $40.

The rate is locked in when your application is approved and your deposit is paid — you don’t have to be moved in by then.
