The Process
Four steps, in this order. Monthly sites are not booked through the online calendar — they start with the application, and we take it from there.
One form, right here on our site. Your details, your rig, your vehicles, your pets, and the park rules you are agreeing to. No account to create.
We review your application and email you an invoice for the deposit, with a link to pay, the same day. Paying it is what takes the site off the market — we stop showing it to anyone else. It is refundable upon departure, and this is where your card goes on file.
Every adult 18 and over gets their own email from our screening company with a link to complete their check. It is $15 each, paid directly to them, not to us. Once they come back we confirm your approval.
We create your booking and send your first invoice, along with the park Rules & Regulations to read and sign. Both are done before you pull in. Then hook up and settle in — arrival is any time after 12:00 PM.

Both. You can stay by the day, the week, or the month — all bookable right here on our site, with the best long-term value on monthly stays.
Open sites are $30/day, $200/week, or $575/month plus utilities — and right now every utility is included at that same $575. Fenced sites are $40/day, $250/week, or $675/month plus electric, with the electric covered right now. We also have one Premium Extra Large Yard site at $750/month plus electric.

Open sites fit rigs up to 45 ft. Fenced sites come in two lengths — up to 35 ft and up to 45 ft — and the Premium Extra Large Yard fits up to 45 ft with a much bigger yard behind the fence. Every pad is 35 feet wide, so your tow vehicle and a second car fit alongside the rig. Not sure your setup fits? Call and we will work it out with you.
A $200 security deposit, refundable upon departure — that is what takes the site off the market, and it is the only thing you pay to hold it. On top of the monthly rate there is a $15 background check per adult 18+ (paid directly to the screening company, not to us), a one-time $8 booking fee, and a one-time $30 pet fee if you bring pets. Lawn service is optional and fenced sites only.
An open site at $575 a month books straight through on our site — pick your dates, complete the application at checkout, pass a quick background check and pay. For the $675 fenced special or a weekly rate, call or text us instead; those aren’t on the booking engine.
Yes — pets are welcome, and there’s an on-site dog park. Premium sites also include a private fenced yard.
